In this utterly ridiculous fantasy about honor among the bees, John Willy Entwistle has crash-landed into the kingdom of Hex, where Techbee Humble is smitten with Princess Sweebee, even though she is betrothed to Captain General Glorybee! When Humble finds out that Glorybee is conspiring with the enemy to kidnap Sweebee and capture the Golden Secret of Hex, John Willy persuades him to attempt to rescue the Princess. With the help of the clumsy (and rather annoying) Fuzzbuzz, they set off to do the right thing. Can they save the kingdom?

HUMBLE precise, hardworking Techbee, secretly in love with Princess Sweebee.
JOHN WILLY Of Oswaldtwistle. Has built a spaceship and accidentally landed in the kingdom of Hex.
SWEEBEE Sweet (but not too sweet) daughter of Queebee.
GLORYBEE Captain General. Is out for his own gain.
HEBE Queebee's right hand bee.
QUEEBEE Rules the kingdom and is very pleased about it.
POTMAN Performs important rituals.

WOSSUP THE TERRIBLE large, barbaric part-wasp.
ORNIT THE HORRIBLE & BLACK BEEDLE Wossup's (cowardly) henchmen.
THE FUZZBUZZ appears when you least expect it (or want it), most of the time.
MISS WEBB on the lookout for afternoon guests she can have for tea.
CHARBEES assist with tasks and gossip.
