HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS
Tickets may be purchased at the Town of Cary Box Offices. There are two box office locations:
The Cary Theatre Box Office (122 E. Chatham St, Cary, NC 27511): Open Wednesday–Saturday (12pm–6pm), Sunday (1pm–5pm), and one hour prior to showtimes at the respective venue. The Box Office is closed on all observed Town of Cary holidays. No additional fees apply if tickets are purchased at the Box Office. For questions call (919) 462-2055.
Day of Show Purchase at The Cary Arts Center (101 Dry Ave, Cary, NC 27511): If available, tickets may be purchased directly at Cary Arts Center one hour prior to the performance. The price at the door is the same as on-line sales.
Sometimes our shows sell out! Get your tickets early to get a great seat and so you won’t miss the show!

Online ticketing is handled by the Town of Cary and is facilitated through the Etix platform. Individual show tickets are accessed via links on the specific show page.

VENUE & SEATING
Unless otherwise noted on the show page, all shows are at the Cary Arts Center, which uses assigned seating. Some shows may sell out. Advance ticket purchases are strongly recommended. Please reference the Cary Arts Center Seating Chart when purchasing tickets.
Everyone must have a ticket. Children, even if sitting in laps must also have a ticket.
TICKET BUYING TIPS
The most economical way to purchase tickets and avoid surcharges is to buy them in person at the box office at The CARY - 122 E. Chatham Street. (Note this is NOT the performance venue! Shows are at the Cary Arts Center at 101 Dry Avenue.)
Season Tickets & Group Tickets provide the greatest value. If you’re not a Season Ticket holder, gather a group of 10 friends and buy at the group rate.
Purchase tickets in advance to ensure preferred seat selection and to save money versus purchasing them at the door.
Stay Away from third-party vendors!
When purchasing tickets at the box office, be prepared to pick your show dates and seats. If purchasing Season Tickets, be prepared to pick dates for all the shows. Check the individual show pages for show dates and times.
